Recently in the Mensa…

we would have preferred to eat outside. Unfortunately this possibility was not planned until then. The cafeteria environment was not very inviting – the front area up to the building entrance was exposed to the weather, the downhill side area was dominated by the functions of the farm yard.
How this situation could be changed in order to achieve a daytime and weather-independent usability of the outdoor area close to the building – and how such a solution could be realized in terms of function, design and construction – this was the task of this project
