Nürtingen Bahnhofsareal 27+ The development of the Nürtingen train station area can be a contribution to the IBA Stuttgart 2027 as well as providing space for a state garden show. The resulting contributions have found answers to the topics of future-oriented urban and open space development with the means of landscape architecture. These were presented to municipal representatives in a way that appealed to the public.
Constance on the shore The image of the neighboring towns of Constance (D) and Kreuzlingen (CH) no longer does justice to their shared characteristic location on the shores of Lake Constance. The result is a design that shows a significant area design in a lakeside location, offers inner-city open space and implements its integration into the existing urban and green structure in a functional and courageous way.
Backnang – City on the River Due to urban climatic challenges, there is currently a great need for reconstruction of water bodies. Especially river banks and floodplains as well as open spaces close to waterways also offer new open space potentials in cities. On the basis of an analysis and evaluation of the open space qualities and potentials, master plans for an inner-city open space concept along the Murr for Backnang were developed and address exactly these challenges. The concepts were concretized by two drafts to be deepened.
