New residential quarter in Karlsruhe-Durlach
As in many other large cities, there is a shortage of available land for residential construction in Karlsruhe. The development of a new neighborhood in Karlsruhe-Durlach can provide significant impetus for socially balanced, sustainable urban development. In the course of an integrated neighborhood development concept, a wide range of housing, attractive open spaces and the necessary infrastructure are to be created. The aim of the urban development concept is to develop plans for a future-oriented urban quarter that is characterized by high urban development quality and successful structural-spatial as well as ecological structures.
