6. Semester

Excursion

2018

Berlin

As part of the course “Solving complex design tasks”, the 6th semester took part at the Lenné Award. The task was to redesign the Marx Engels Forum in Berlin. In order to gather background information on Berlin’s inner city for the Lenné Prize and to get to know the area we were working on, we set off for Berlin. There, the students analyzed existing Berlin green spaces, sights and squares and presented them to the other groups. At the same time, the students were to use the excursion for a comprehensive inventory analysis in order to capture all facets of the space.
