Outline plan Stupferich – Gänsheide, Karlsruhe
As in many other large cities, Karlsruhe is also experiencing a housing shortage. The “Stupferich-Gänsheide master plan” is intended to ensure a high urban development quality for the further development of the Stupferich district.
To this end, a future-oriented and innovative urban development concept is required that addresses the living space requirements and needs of different population and income groups and provides for a qualitative, well-developed open space structure in connection with necessary social facilities and also retail offers as well as a traffic concept oriented towards the environmental alliance.
