Communication 1



The task was to optimize a design plan from a previous semester for a competition entry. Key points included layout, color scheme, level of graphic detail, typography and the quality of spatial representations.


Visual/representative communication within landscape architecture is above all user- and process-oriented. Graphic styles play an essential role in the visual communication process and are directly linked to specific statements on the human perception level. The aim is to know these mechanisms and to be able to assign them to various planning processes in a content-appropriate manner and to implement them practically using simple examples.
