Project 1: Reconstruction of the Bad Niedernau spa gardens.
The aim of the planning was to develop the park into a leisure facility through additions and conversions. The aim was to create a natural, extensively maintained park with robust elements, which provide new offers and qualities for recreation and nature experience.
Project 2: Conversion of the Miltenberg waterfront
The city intends to develop the open spaces along the river for usage as well as tourism. The task was the reorganization of the riverbank at the Main bridge. In addition, the bank area had to be designed with a riverside path and attractive recreational areas along the water.
