2. Semester

Workshop

2015 & 2016

Verbania – Italy

The study of landscape architecture should not only take place at home and during lectures; landscapes must be seen, felt, decoded! Therefore the entire second term goes on a compact seminar each year for one week , which is supervised by professors of all departments. 2014-2016 the compact seminar took place in Verbania at Largo Maggiore (Italy). During the compact seminar “Design”, landscape should be creatively explored in its various forms as urban, garden and natural landscape. Through drawings, material and form studies, different places were analyzed and their spatial characteristics were captured.
